About you

You have a natural interest in building relationships with people and enjoy working in a global franchise organisation that is currently undergoing a transformation. You strive for improvement, while balancing simplicity with excellence, and always consider the implications on the entire franchise chain. 

You have the ability to act consistently with a high level of integrity and a strong business orientation. You are keen to continuously work on and improve the IKEA business requirements for our franchisees. What’s more?

You have in-depth experience with compliance and audit concepts and know how to develop this independently. You translate conceptual topics into creative solutions to support the business and further develop our franchise organisations.  Also meaning that you have a good understanding of the risk landscape in retail. You are able to see the big picture as well as the details to make the right choices and operational decisions to achieve the best possible result. And of course, you’re passionate and curious about the IKEA business!

About the role

In this role you support with the planning and delivery of the long-term strategic development of the IKEA Franchisee Code of Conduct, called IConduct. You are responsible for developing and implementing new ways of working  in relation to the IConduct process, methodology and tooling to enable the assessment on the level of compliance with IConduct. As part of this journey, learning is equally important as securing responsible business.

A few more details for you

This is a full time role (40 hours per week) located in Delft, The Netherlands. You will report to the Franchise Compliance and monitoring manager. Please kindly note that no relocation package is offered for this role.
