1. PURPOSE/SCOPE of assignment/project/tasks

We see the needs to have 5-month support during our SP is in maternity leave;

2. KEY DELIVERABLES

• Secure delivery precision 95% in suppliers;

• Secure raw material availability in suppliers;

• Capacity planning during kitchen campaign period;

• Data collection to do manual report;

3. COMPETENCES REQUIRED (max 3)

• Capability to delivery results through involving and engaging stakeholders within IKEA and Supplier.

• Able to translate the Category Plan into logistics solutions, always act with the Customer, Supplier, Total IKEA and Total Cost Development in mind.

• Capability to perform complex analysis and draw conclusions to support the right business decisions and implementations.

4. PRACTICALITIES

• Start from Apr’2022 and end Sept’2022.

• Preferred in China

• 30% of work time
