IKEA Property AB is a fully staffed property management company within facility, construction and development and is the property specialist at Inter IKEA Group in Sweden. IKEA Property AB is owner, landlord and a support organisation in property-related assignments where Inter IKEA Group have their business in Sweden. We are a total of 25 employees within IKEA Property AB in Älmhult.

Job Description

As an Facility Technician, you are responsible for the maintenance in Inter IKEA facilities and that the properties meet the tenants' needs. You are responsible for inspections and checks in accordance with current regulations with support from our facility management system.

You work with daily operation in our properties, contributes in projects, maintenance and energy optimization. You provide support in property-specific information and technical competence for projects, management and the business partners.

The employment includes duty-on-call service and is located in Älmhult.

Qualifications

We looking for you who is service minded, innovative and open to new solutions with a passion for doing business, always with sustainability in mind.

We see that you have:

-        Experience of property operation and maintenance

-        Technical education or similar which is relevant

-        Good computer skills

-        Swedish and English, both spoken and written

-        Driving license (B)

It´s with advantage that you have expertise in  Cooling technology, electricity, ventilation, fire alarms,  (BMS) Building Management System

This is a permanent position, full-time (40 hours per week) and located in Älmhult, Sweden.
