One important part of the IKEA Concept is Food. In Food Digital we co-create the business plans for IKEA Food and together with stakeholders across IKEA, develop and implement these solutions, and support the continuous operation when needed.

The Integrated Food Store Supply programme is one of the largest change initiatives within IKEA Food, developing two new capabilities for the business:
- iFoodStore, which are processes and tools to optimize operations in the IKEA stores, e.g. goods receiving, inventory management, replenishment, etc.
- iFoodPlan, which are processes and tools for planning the range and forecasting with the purpose to create transparency between global Business Area Food and the retail markets of what and how much is sold where and when.
The capabilities are integrated and are key contributors to the end-to-end value chain for IKEA Food. During spring 2022 the capabilities will be piloted in one of the IKEA markets and over the next years, they will be rolled out globally as well as further improved and optimised.
Job Description
We are now looking for key players in the future organisation for ownership, maintenance, and further development of new Food Digital capabilities. with a passion to contribute and be part of change. You will be involved in the introduction of the new capabilities to the IKEA Food business globally and you will be part of the creation of the new organisation.
As a Business Analyst at Digital Food, you will be responsible for eliciting the solutions business requirements by being the natural speaking partner during all steps in the business development process (including running the service). On a day-to-day basis, this can mean managing key stakeholder expectations, creating and maintaining requirement material, and discussing processes/working methods related to the solutions.
Qualifications
As a person, you are analytical, with the ability to elicit, find patterns and identify opportunities in a structured way. With these insights, we believe you are motivated to influence stakeholders to drive change for the solutions. For example by moderating workshops and coordinating work tasks.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- 1-5 years Business Analyst or Food experience
- Experience from either food business or working with requirements management
- Experience from retail
- Experience in working on a global scale/enterprise level
- Identify Business needs, connect to capabilities and break down to requirements
It is a plus if you have
- ERP / Retail Operations experience
- Global or multinational companies
- Experience in Food store operations
- Experience from Supply chain Planning and forecasting
- Certification within Business Analysis (IIBA, IREB, BABOK PMI etc.).
Additional Information
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmo, Sweden. You will report to the Agile and delivery chapter manager.
