The role

In this dynamic role, you will put your creative and organizational skills to good use by providing high level of business and communications support to the Communication Manager in her daily activities. Such as maintaining a functional and balanced agenda, helping her prepare for meetings and events where she is participating, and connecting with people across the business who would like to collaborate with her or our communication team. 

Besides supporting the Communication manager, you will be an extra brain and set of hands for the management team in creating strong ways of working and keeping things flowing. The majority of your time, you will lead projects in a variety of topics in the field of  Communication. You must be able to represent the communication manager and team in different constellation of the organization.

A big part of your daily work is about collaboration and learning on the job. That means success will start with a hungry and open mind, and building strong relationships with the communication manager, the communication management team, and stakeholders in other areas and organizations.

• You have the ability to troubleshoot and find ways to get things done.
• Your English (written and spoken) is excellent.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and based in Delft, The Netherlands. This role sits in the Communication leadership area at Core Business Franchise and reports to the Communication Manager.
