Creative Producer - Broadcast & Studio Production

In our broadcast studios we host everything from small digital meetings to high-end productions and we want you to be a part of everything from planning to hands on execution. Act as a bridge between technical solutions and the business needs. As a team we influence and learn from each other and find new creative ways of working, together.  

As a multi-camera director you will:   

• Together with event owners, develop, plan and execute events in the most effective, engaging, inspiring way 
• In a team of technicians, support as a multi-camera director/operator in recordings, broadcasts or live events 
• Secure hardware and broadcast equipment necessary to succeed with the assignment.  
• Secure crew and technicians necessary to succeed with the assignment.  
• Monitor the development of technologies and system trends, and evaluate their possible benefits 
• Inspects, and directs testing and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational performance and quality 

You have an eagerness to learn and you enjoy being in focus as a specialist in a creative role. You are a person who has a passion for technical solutions and develop them in your profession. With a strong personal leadership, you enjoy influencing and develop our way of working in an environment with a growing need of your expertise. Furthermore, you have:   

• An extensive experience in live production, broadcast and livestreamed event 
• An extensive knowledge in streaming software solutions  
• Knowledge in hardware to take right decisions for investing or renting  
• Knowledge of how to project lead (strategically, tactically, operationally) in an efficient and cost conscious way   
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
