About you

You are a business and customer minded person who has experience in transforming digital enterprises. Your structured  and holistic approach makes it natural for you to navigate through complexity and obstacles and understand the impact of transformation in constantly changing environments. As a person you are appreciated for your facilitation skills and your capability to build engaging and trustful relationships with colleagues, teams, stakeholders and business partners. You create impact and inspiration regardless of function or formal reporting lines. You are delivery oriented and know how to lead people towards a common goal.

You will bring solid leadership and change management experience and you bring a strong know-how about what it takes to transform traditional organisations to agile ways of working. You will work in the intersection between business and IT and get motivated by the possibilities that digital and technology brings to retail.

As a Digital Transformation Expert for IKEA Franchise (Core Business Franchise) you will be a vital part of our transformation journey and help us as an organisation to quicker respond to new needs and to change the way we work based on creation of customer & user value. Together we want to enabling a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer where our digital offer is as strong as our physical. You will contribute by:

  • Leading assignments contributing to the business transformation journey in Core Business Franchise
  • Stakeholder management on all levels in the organisation
  • Structuring and follow-up on engagement plan for the transformation
  • Capture learnings
  • Follow-up on transformation goals and objectives
  • Contributing as core member in the Business Transformation team and support Digital Transformation Lead in various tasks, including creation of presentation materials and facilitation
  • Cultivating an agile mind-set where problems are embraced as opportunities to adapt
