You will be part of our amazing Finance team in Sweden and the focus area for us is to secure the quality in our monthly and yearly closing of the book process as well as securing that we are compliant with both legal and internal framework and rules. You will together with your colleagues be responsible for accurate and timely monthly cost reporting and analysis for IKEA Components and provide financial analysis, follow-up, statistics and reports for various stakeholders in the organization. 

Digitalization is setting a new foundation for Finance and you will be an important player in our team and contribute to implementation of new methodologies and ways of working connected to our Finance Process. You will participate and contribute with input and ideas to our always ongoing Finance development agenda. You will work together with your colleagues standardizing and automating ways of working.  

Along with the traditional Finance work you will focus on the possibilities in our digital tools like Power BI, SAP, Basware, TM1, M3. You have an interest for digital solutions, you are curious and eager to explore and you will work close to Business Intelligence as well.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have at least 5 years of experience from the finance and controlling area. You inspire, clarify, create togetherness and collaboration. To find better ways and enable change is important for you.

You are curious and have experience from working with the data that is generated from our financial transactions, by your analytical skills you can turn data into information which in turn creates insights and recommendations to the business. 

You have knowledge of, and interest in reporting and Business information tools like PBI, Cognos, SAP BPC, Excel or equivalent. Experience from M3, our ERP system, is valuable to have. You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent knowledge gained from work experience. You have good knowledge in Swedish - Accounting, VAT and commercial law. Fluent in English in both speech and writing.
