About the role 

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for the development of the systems strategy and IT architecture for Core Business Franchise. Key products will include Identity, CRM, loyalty, Retail Systems, eCommerce, Content experience, content management and digital assets.  

You will collaborate with the other key areas of the company (business/IT) to ensure that plans are based on the overall Strategy and Architecture direction, defining new requirements and driving innovative business processes and technical solutions.   

You will be responsible for setting the future direction of these capabilities, outlining a roadmap that meets the strategic needs of Inter Ikea Core Business Franchise and working with the relevant teams to assure their delivery.   

What you’ll be doing:  

• Engaging with senior stakeholders and leaders  

• Defining a vision for Digital architecture across Application, Data and Integration architecture layers 

• Delivering strategic road maps  

• Ensuring that solution design is aligned with the target domain architecture and   

  business roadmaps 

• Leading architecture assessment and framing business initiatives  

• Partnering with business functions and their solution architects to design integrated IT solutions   

• Leading collaboration with other “Network of Expertise” for overlapping contexts across Inter Ikea Group 

• Supporting Engineers and Architects on the execution of projects  

• Defining new requirements for projects  

• Acting as informal mentor and coach to Domain/Solution Architects within other IT teams

About you 

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture 

• Architecture modelling experience and a solid understanding of the underlying business capabilities  

• Experience within an Agile environment  

• Good planning and organisational skills  

• Leadership skills and the ability to influence and build trust  

• Strong communicator  

• Experience in a Retail or eCommerce organization is a plus
