We are now looking for a Test Engineer who would like to share the passion and inspiration within our Backend/Cloud team.   

You will

• Lead the analysis and test planning of the sprints of the Core Backend/Cloud team  
• Perform functional and non-functional REST API tests   
• Have continuous discussions with developers during the sprints to take decisions on what is important to test  
• Develop and maintain a lightweight REST API test framework for automated test   
• Make decisions on what level of automated API tests we need and implement these  
• Participate in discussions and meetings regarding the quality of our system  
• Keep an eye on the cloud-native world and what is ongoing on the test front

We imagine you have the following skills.   

• Deep understanding of performing REST API tests and tools both for manual testing and automated tests  
• Familiar with tools such as Postman and Postman APIs  
• Hands-on experience of Open API Specification  
• Good communication skills and open-minded, open to share knowledge with the team and learn from the team and the organization  
• Good understanding of non-functional aspects of cloud-based backend  
• Good skills in python,or Node.js programming language  
• Comfortable working in Linux environment
