Job Description

As 3D Production Developer you will drive the 3D development of lean processes, systems and automation solutions, from design to deployment, and in alignment with internal frameworks, guidelines and legal requirements together with both business and IT development.

 You will:

  • Support the integration of new 3D production workflows, tools and smarter ways of working that support high-performing teams in the creation of low cost, better communication and customer experiences.
  • Secure day-to-day alignment and consistency of implemented workflows, process, tools and/or systems cross-function. 
  • Partner with project teams, acting as a bridge to better understand and capture insights of current and future assignment needs, that can be used to improve and/or overcome challenges in the 3D production work streams and related pipelines.
  • Collaborate and co-create with key partners and stakeholders, capturing and sharing, throughout the 3D production and development process.
  • Stay on top and up to date with trends and best practices within the 3D media landscape; exploring innovations and its potential applications towards the development of better customer oriented communication solutions

Qualifications

We’re looking for a 3D Production Developer  who can  consolidate and enhance 3D capability within 3D content production development.

You’ll need:

  • Extensive experience or/and rich insights in 3D production process end to end, 3D creative and product development processes.
  • Wide-ranging knowledge of future trends, R&D 3D technology & best practice across industries
  • Understanding and knowledge with 3D production software and programs, i.e. 3D model creation tool such as 3D studio Max, Maja, Solid Works tools such as CAD, Composer, Shotgun, Realtime tools etc.
  • Experience working in a high-volume production environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, creative and inclusive work environment.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.

This role is a permanent position based in Älmhult, Sweden.
