As a CMP Design content leader within Customer Meeting Points (CMP) you take responsibility for the CMP architecture/design content. We are now looking for a CMP Design content leader that will ensure that the relevant and up to date content and requirements from an architectural and design point of view are in place.

In this role you will contribute to the total content of CMP Design , for example:

•  Lead the development of the CMP design/architecture content, based on identified needs in CMP menu development and expansion projects and contribute to other content owners.
• Lead the development of our framework in relation to design of CMP to enable a strong IKEA Brand.
• Secure continuously updated content applicable for physical Customer Meeting Points (CMPs) to enable a successful implementation based on global experience.
• Follow up the use of the content and its contribution to the business.
• Inspire, engage and provide clarity to identified key stakeholders.

Qualification

We believe that you have a combination of the following knowledge, capabilities and background:

• In depth knowledge and experience from design and architecture.
•  Experience in IKEA establishment.
• Proven track record of interdependent leadership- leading projects in a collaborative way and delivering results through others.
• Knowledge of how to successfully pitch projects and enable change.
• Ability to understand the business needs for each project and make on-going decisions and prioritising.
• Capability to engage and build trustful relationships.
• Capability to communicate, explain and motivate in a simple way.
• Capability to identify actions and make it happen.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills.
