As a test and evaluation leader within Customer Meeting Points (CMP)  you will take the responsibility of leading and executing evaluation processes on Customer meeting point level and solution level. You will collaborate with CMP Design Managers and representatives from the different content owners in CBF.

In this role you will contribute to the development process for customer meetings across the total franchise offer for example.

• Lead and execute evaluation processes related to Customer meeting points - physical and digital​.
• Lead and execute evaluation processes related to solutions initiated by content owners and delivering to customer meeting points - physical and digital​.
• Monitor and manage projects including; scope, cost, time-plan, quality, resources and risks. Set and control budget.​
• Analyse quality and initiative performance, identify areas of improvement and drive appropriate action.
• Effective stakeholder  and communication management with communication across functions and organisations.​
• Lead project resources including external consultants​.

• Ability to understand the business needs for each project and make on-going decisions based on what’s best for the organization even if that means challenging senior stakeholders on critical success factors.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
• Good strategic and analytical skills.
• Capability to navigate and lead in a complex, unknown and fast-changing environment.
• Capability to build engage trustful and sustainable relationships with stakeholders, business partners and franchisees and ability to deal with organisational complexities.
• Ability to apply an outside-in perspective, putting the user in the centre of the development.
