Job Description

As a Communication Business Partner, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of business-driven communication. You will work strategically with the leadership in our organisation to support our leaders to lead with communication and ensure our communication is effective and receiver oriented. You will also be closely involved and develop our social agenda working with many internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a member of one of our management teams in Supply Chain Operations and you will report to the Communication Manager.

Your main responsibilities;
•    Contribute to the execution of the overall SCO communication strategy and plan 
•    Strategic and tactical partner to one or more function(s) within Supply Chain Operations to define and execute the communication needs and goals.
•    Support the development of communication competence & change management within the function(s) and enable others to lead with communication.
•    Create clear and actionable communication plans and be a key player in driving and exploring new inspirational ways to communicate and engage. 
•    Analyze and follow-up communication activities, communicate learnings to secure continuous development.
•    Be part of a matrix team that secures a holistic overview of Inter IKEA Group business communication.
•    Responsible for internal communication supporting change.

Qualifications

You are down-to-earth, straightforward, and curious. You have a broad knowledge of how to translate business strategies, needs and insights into actionable plans. You have a extensive experience working strategically with communication and change management and together with the business you know how to create impactful communication that contributes to the business agenda.

You have a relevant degree and ideally at +6 years of experience of strategic communication, marketing or equivalent. If possible, you have experience from working with global supply chains and/or transport industry. Of course, you identify yourself with our values, you act as an ambassador for them and enjoy an environment where the IKEA values are the living reality.
