Job Description

We are looking for you who are an inspiring self-starter with a curious mind and a can-do attitude, and you understand the strength of communication as an enabler to deliver even better business results. 

As Communication Project & Production Leader you are responsible for the creation and production of communication projects, small and big. You will be leading the resources and processes and secure delivery of high-quality communication in time, and within agreed budget. 

Your main tasks are:
•    In close cooperation with the Communication Manager and the communication team, responsible to deliver clear and creative communication content and deliver to set goals and strategic framework within Supply Chain Operations and the IKEA Supply strategy 
•    Lead, plan and secure that projects are carried out according to agreed working processes & time plans, and ensure that these are communicated to, and understood by, relevant stakeholders 
•    Be a strategic and tactical partner to the functions within Supply Chain Operations helping the communication and business teams to define and execute the communication needs and goals
•    Develop communication material in close collaboration with the business teams and Communication Manager/team
•    Part of a matrix team that secures a holistic overview of Inter IKEA Group business communication.

Qualifications

You are down-to-earth, straightforward, and curious. You know how to translate business strategies, needs and insights into actionable communication project. You have experience of leading and delivering impactful communication projects that contributes to better business results. 

You have a relevant degree and ideally at +3 years of experience of communication, marketing or equivalent. Of course, you identify yourself with our values, you act as an ambassador for them and enjoy an environment where the IKEA values are the living reality.

•    Have experience in communication and/or project & production management in an international environment
•    Are a skilled writer
•    Have natural leadership skills & are a good team player
•    Enjoy working with different people & building strong relationships
•    Have experience of digital marketing/communication 
•    Enjoys planning and arranging events
•    Enjoys working with sustainability topics 
•    Experience of both external and internal communication
•    Enjoys a dynamic and quickly changing business environment
•    Can handle multiple topics and changing priorities
