About the job

We are looking for someone who will be contributing to lead and develop information security and data privacy for IKEA Supply. As part of the Supply Information Security and Data Privacy team, you will together with your peers continuously improve Information Security, Data Privacy and business continuity strategy and plans for IKEA Supply and IKEA. With your broad knowledge, clear leadership, you will be a big contributor to the protection and strengthening of the IKEA Brand and trademark, developing and implementing frameworks, best practices and communities of practice in IKEA Supply.

More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:

·       Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer.

·       Define and implement the relevant technical and organisational measures to address IT / digital related business continuity requirements in IKEA Supply.

·       Be an active member of the IKEA Supply Information Security and Data Privacy team and IKEA digital community.

·       Lead the IT / digital related business continuity agenda in IKEA Supply, fostering risk and continuity awareness both by initiating / facilitating activities and performing assessment of business continuity related to IT / digital.

·       Secure the design of the IKEA Supply target technology landscape with regards to business continuity.

·       Shared responsibility in developing the Inter IKEA Group frameworks, standards and best practices for information security, data privacy and business continuity.

·       Shared Responsibility for creating and developing the Information Security & Data Privacy network of expertise.

In this role, you will report to our Information Security & Data Privacy Manager at IKEA Supply and work closely with the Business Continuity team, the Business Unit / Department Management teams, Risk management team in IKEA Supply to lead towards uniformity and commonality, contributing to the Inter IKEA planning framework and delivering on the needs of IKEA Supply.

We expect you to have a very good knowledge of IT and digital organizations in the context of supply chain businesses, including strategies and working methods, in particular information security, data privacy and business continuity concepts, methodologies, ways-of-working and frameworks. You have had hands on experience in implementing organizational capabilities to anchor information security, risk management, data privacy and business continuity in business lines. Ideally you also have had exposure in building and managing complex / senior business partnership, contributing to developing business continuity plans considering IT and digital enablers.

You are a big fan of home furnishing and enjoy building a purposeful business by creating engaging and trustful relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and business partners.
