About IKEA Consumer & Market Insights (ICMI)
ICMI has the assignment to contribute to IKEA people making well founded decisions based on actionable and timely insights. ICMI delivers Consumer Insight, Strategy & Market Insight, and Brand & Range Insight. Each of these three areas continuously develops and operates insight products used by IKEA people across our value chain. As a Deployment specialist, you will be part of the Agile and Delivery chapter in ICMI.
Job Description
About the role:
As a Deployment Specialist for ICMI, you will be responsible for the efficient deployment of insight products. You’ll ensure that products are documented, deployed and used in an optimal way by stakeholders, you will develop relevant training and user support materials and ensure data is usable and disseminated to enable self-service by the many IKEA co-workers. You will be part of a dedicated Product team where your competence will work in synergy with other competences needed to deliver a good product.
You will:
Define, develop, maintain and deliver the related activities for an insight product
Document processes and ensure they’re rolled out to the relevant people
Support with change management connected to the product released
Develop training materials and communicate the content
Contribute to ensuring that the products released follows define principles, requirements and guidelines
Share knowledge with your stakeholders in order to ensure that the products are being used, optimized from cost, performance and quality point of view
Take user feedback back to the product team
Create and maintain a clear roadmap on all deployment activities
Work closely with and support the product team in achieving overall business goals
Manage user expectations
Qualifications
Knowledge:
Relevant experience and knowledge of digital product development
Knowledge in digital solution and digital interfaces for products
Knowledge of functional and technical details, support flows and documentation
Agile development knowledge
Experience working in a rapidly changing environment (we are going through a Digital transformation)
Understanding of product functionality and user reality
Capabilities:
Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with people of different organisational levels and backgrounds
Experience working in deployment/release environments
Ability to take risks and solve complex problems
Have a holistic view across different technology domains
Motivation:

Additional Information
