Baby POANG, PELLO,FROSTA and Mirror etc.

Job Description

1. Regular purchasing: veneer, glue, lacquer, sanding materials, tools.

常规原材料采购:单板,胶,漆。

2. Make weekly veneer MRP plan according to updated production plan .

制定每周的单板采购计划。

3. Prepare PO according to MRP result in order to keep right stock level.   

根据单板采购计划建立合理的库存。           

4.Communicate with sup regarding quality/quantity discrepancy and find solutions after discussion with quality and production department.

就原材料质量、数量问题与质量和生产部门商讨后与供应商及时交流并反馈信息。

5.Follow up deliveries, payments and make registration of purchasing process in Kingdee system.

负责原材料到货的跟踪,付款事宜的处理,并及时在金蝶系统中记录。

6. Prepare monthly cashflow to finance.

准备每月的财务预算。

7. Communicate with Chemicals’ suppliers requirements towards MSDS, and make sure that all SDS documentation is  properly updated by the supplier.

与化学品供应商对MSDS的要求进行沟通,并确保供应商能正确更新所有SDS的文件。

8. Research the market, and perform tendering process in order to find cost saving opportunities.

寻找潜在供应商得到更有竞争力的价格。

9. Purchase raw Materials according to production plan demand. 

根据生产要求采购原材料。

Qualifications

4. Well versed in purchasing procedure, basic law knowledge, and cost control concept.

5. More than 3 years' experience in similar positions in multinational companies, prefer with wood/furniture industry experience.

3年以上跨国制造型企业相关岗位工作经验,木材或家俱行业工作经验优先

6. Bachelor degree or above with relative background.Training in principles of management,purchasing, law issue is preferred.

本科以上相关学历。有过管理、采购、法律等相关培训经验优先

7. Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office software very well. Also familiar with ERP

熟练操作计算机并能够使用MS Office ERP.

8. English fluent both in written and oral.
