About IKEA Store Planner (ISP)
The goal of ISP - IKEA Store Planner is to support and empower IKEA co-workers to create the most commercial customer meeting point solutions to meet the changing demands of our customers.

We run and develop digital solutions used by co-workers enabling them to design home furnishing solutions for the entire IKEA range for all IKEA retailers.

The technology and capabilities we provide and develop are key enablers to establishing a strong foundation across IKEA where the reusability of great solutions and competences are key for our future growth. ISP drives and enables the collaboration of a global superuser network with representatives from all IKEA retailers spanning over 50 markets with the objective to unleash the true potential of “One IKEA”.

Utilizing data around and about our customer meeting points and products to strengthen the IKEA value chain is an integral part of the work we do.

We are looking for a Superuser for our Shop Design and Range presentation applications area with focus on B2B and architecture user groups.

As a superuser in the ISP team you will be part of a great team creating strong common working methods and solutions that enable co-workers to express their creative and commercial ideas through digital applications and plan and design commercial physical customer meeting points and B2B solutions for our customers.

You will be part of a product team with focus on continuous product discovery and enhancement to fulfill business and end-user needs. Exploring and utilizing different technologies and approaches is part of finding the best solution for the needs to solve. By that you contribute to an efficient co-worker planning experience throughout the commercial planning process.

You will take part in designing how IKEA will work towards a future digital planning experience where the creative and commercial planning process is empowered by data and machine learning by exploring and utilizing different technologies and approaches.

Your main assignment will be connected to the working methods and user groups of our Shop Design and Range presentation application.

You will enable and support a strong adoption of Revit across all of IKEA through the global superuser network. You will also be part of continuously evolving the working methods and solutions based on future needs of our end-users.

You will interact and collaborate with country superuser and other stakeholders across IKEA franchisees, to understand needs and synergies and based on this, define requirements and make decisions and trade-offs where needed to maximize business results and end-user value.

Qualifications

You have a deep understanding of and are passionate about end-user experiences, identifying and filling gaps and have the courage to question the norm.

You enjoy creating and establishing strong common working methods across a big user group that is diverse in many aspects. You have a strong understanding and experience in the Com&In process and the commercial planning process.

You have a great interest and proven track record in creating great solutions/ experiences for users and you understand how emerging technologies and trends can improve customer and co-worker experiences throughout the product lifecycle. You have a deep interest in and understanding for data around and about your product and use it to continuously improve.

You are interested in current and future digital technology trends and how they can contribute to solve business and co-worker needs.

You need to have:

  • Very good knowledge of Revit and its related working methods
  • Very good knowledge of IKEA’s B2B process and working methods
  • Very good knowledge of the working methods and processes of the Com&In function
  • Very good knowledge of the complete planning process of a commercial team
  • Very good knowledge of the store establishment process
  • Strong and proven ability to support, coach and train others

You make mistakes sometimes that keep you evolving and learning as you are not afraid to find new ways to solve a challenging task together with your colleagues.

You enjoy an agile and iterative, yet structured way of working and achieving results together with the team in a flexible environment, but also have a strong individual drive to deliver high quality results on time. You have great communication and networking skills and are fluent in written and spoken English.

Additional Information

This is a full time position (40h/week). Travels may be required in the future based on business needs. The position is located in Malmö, Sweden.
