About the Role

As Project leader, you are the important role of the product development team, the common goal from the development team is to develop the products with speed, low cost, quality, IKEA identity.

You are responsible to lead our product development project from end to end,  ensuring development team delivers the project goals according to plan.

About you

We are looking for the people with:

•Home lover, motivated to deliver better products for many people                                                                

•5+ years experience in leading successful project with multi-functional is required

•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is needed, Certified Scrum Master is plus

•Strong program execution ability, result and goal oriented with strict self criteria and elf-improve mind-set

•Ability to build the consensus, good communication and facilitating skills, active listener to collect the team’s intelligence to solve problem.         

•Strong analytical skill is essential                                                                          

•Accountable, take psychological ownership and commitment.                                                                                    

•Energetic, Creative, open minded and hard working.
