Job Description

Inter IKEA Core Business Range – Information Security & Data Privacy is now looking for a Cyber Security Leader with experience and knowledge across multiple security domains, that can help us build the future of IKEA. Our ethos is security and privacy by design. We expect security to be a built-in quality aspect, not a bolted-on property. Internet of Things, Virtual reality, app development and global legal challenges are all parts of our scope. 

As a Cyber Security Leader, you will work closely together with the business, architects, and engineers, focusing on enabling IKEA to produce secure and high-quality services and products, to create a better everyday life for the many people. In this role you will be the spokesperson for Cyber Security and incorporate yourself in ongoing projects and initiatives. 

You will support and secure the development of products and services across the value chain within Inter IKEA Core Business Range in close cooperation with Inter IKEA Group. You will be able to work in an independent way and work closely with our specialists within legal, risk management and compliance to mention a few.

To be successful in the role, we expect that you have working experience in most of the listed domains: 

  • Cloud security 
  • DevOps and CI/CD security 
  • Threat modelling 
  • IoT security 
  • Application security – SDLC 
  • Incidence response 
  • Security frameworks (OWASP, NIST Cyber security framework, ISF, ISO 27000 series etc.) 
  • Vendor security risk management 
  • IT security audits 
  • Vulnerability management 

Examples of beneficial certifications are: CSSLP, CISSP, CIPT, GWEB, GWAPT, ECSP. 

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from working with international data privacy/protection legislations from a technical implementation point of view. 

We believe that you are used to managing highly confidential information and to act with a strict level of integrity and professional discretion. You are comfortable with communicating and explaining security concerns and topics, to persons with and without solid understanding of information technology. With your excellent communication skills, you have the capability to build strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders.
