The Business Area runs many product development projects and is now looking to find a Project Controller with great ability to lead and develop how we work with Project & Range management in our business! 

Are you our next Project Controller in BA DOW (Dining, Outdoor & Secondary Storage and Workspaces)

As a Project Controller some of your tasks will involve: 
•    Proactively lead the development process, secure process compliance and continues process improvement.
•    Project management including project planning, tracking and follow up, according to project goal, time plan and KPI’s.
•    Administration of the range in the internal product information system.
•    Capture and document project learnings and secure utilization in future projects.

We believe that you have the passion to lead both bigger and smaller projects. As a person you have the capability to lead and drive through others. You can analyze, draw conclusions as well as the ability to understand how decisions and process impact the totality.

You take initiative; having the courage to question and challenge. You can facilitate meetings and come to decisions. You can engage people through your passion for objective plans and processes. 

Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and the ability to create confidence and build relations. You are self-motivated, team player and a goal- and delivery-oriented person with a passion for details.
