About the role
As Learning developer, you will work in multiple dimensions being are part of the developers function as well as working in a product team that together is responsible for managing the learning product area(s) and deliver to the agreed plans, considering all dimensions including news, improves, outgoing - keeping the offer always up-to-date.
You lead the projects to support the development and improvement of the IKEA Unique Learning offer in your product area(s). Secure the offer delivers to the needs of our co-workers and aligns with business plan priorities.
Collaborate and lead together with peers in the product team end to end(from development needs towards the solution reaching the learner where you lead the projects.

Together we drive and deliver an excellent learning offer that creates impact and ensures it aligns with our role as franchisor. This includes working with multiple networks across Core Business Franchise and IKEA to ensure a balance between protecting, developing and enabling future success of the IKEA concept.

A few more details for you
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) located in Delft, The Netherlands. It is possible traveling can be required (once covid-19 restrictions are lifted). You will report to the Learning Development manager.
