Our Supplying system landscape is grouped into different Development Areas and today the Development Area Execution supports more than 15 000 users throughout Supply in the areas of Order, Customs, DORS and Delivery & Settlement. Delivery & Settlement domain mainly supports and creates the pre-conditions within the area of Transport management and related activities such as settlement, Carrier integrations, master data, transport network and document management. Main solutions in our portfolio are IKEA Transportation Management (ITM), Cargo Network System (CNS), Solution Document Engine (SDE), Logistic Base Data (LBD) and iSchedule. Within D&S we also drive the transformation initiative ITM Prepare for Growth (IPG) to replace CNS with ITM Platform.

This is a new Business Analyst role in Delivery & Settlement to support the Digital growth agenda.

Job Description

In your assignment as a Business Analyst you will:

  • Identify solution improvements by analysing and challenging stakeholder needs.
  • Elicit, capture, and document requirements within the solution domain.
  • Support the solution evaluation based on the defined business requirements.
  • Support the quality assurance of newly developed functionality.
  • Support an efficient rollout of new/improved solution functionality.
  • Secure needed solution user competence, e.g. conduct solution trainings and maintain solution documentation (user manuals etc.)
  • Support the assigned vendor with running business, i.e. incident and problem management.
  • Support business stakeholders, peer solutions, and projects with solution/domain expertise.

Experience in the area of Transportation Management and Supply Chain Execution.

As a person you are enthusiastic, driven, structured and determined. You act as role model for IKEA values and you have strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.
