Purchasing & Logistics Area is one of six organisational units under IKEA Supply, which is one of the core businesses of Inter IKEA Group. IKEA has 7 Purchasing & Logistics Areas (PLA) around the globe and these areas include 23 offices, which are the ‘homes’ for most of the co-workers working with the IKEA supply chain.

As Internal Communication Coordinator within Global Purchasing & Logistics Areas (PLA) you will be part of a global communication team where you are responsible for supporting the PLA Communication organization to coordinate and produce communications for our co-workers.

In brief you will:

• Coordinate and produce newsletters for our different PLAs, including coordinating global and local content and share with the organisation.
• Publish announcements on the Intranet for the PLAs.
• Create and maintain content on the Intranet.
• Support with administrative tasks in connection with bigger events
