Inter IKEA Group have started the digital transformation. This is a journey which require that a new technology foundation is established for Core Business Franchise and Core Business Range & Supply. We have started the work to set up the technical services needed to support an IT landscape that will be developed and operated in a hybrid cloud model. The technical services we deliver will enable the IT landscape to transform and take leverage on cloud computing services. We will contribute to IKEA direction by making it possible for any service 'XaaS' to be translated into an affordable, accessible and sustainable product.

Job Description

- Lead implementation project and work with new solutions and technologies.
- Plan and organize assignment according to the IKEA overall tactical plan and with applicable delivery methodology.
- Manage projects within set frames for scope, time, budget and prioritize activities to reach the best overall output
- Lead and/or co-ordinate people from different units, organizations, cultures
- Lead the work to ensure a total optimal movement, aligning tactical and operational plans for Developing the offer and related plans
- Provide transparency of the operational plans with dependencies and its relation to important milestones in the tactical plans
- Be a part of various types of projects for e.g., digital enablement, technology development, process development and deployment of new solutions
- Support and coach the units and sites with expertise during the project
- Communicate with key resources and secure awareness, support, ownership, and alignment.
Qualifications

We also believe that you have a combination of the following knowledge and capabilities:
- Knowledge of several project management methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes.
- Good understanding of IKEA business processes.
- Understanding of Information Technolog
- Experience of leading people and team development.
- Knowledge of change management methods and tools.
- Structured and analytical
