About the role
As a Franchise Offer Leader, you lead the continuous enhancement of our overall offer to IKEA franchisees. You cannot do this alone, there are many stakeholders involved from all sorts of roles and parts in the organization and all with their agenda and priorities. It is your responsibility to hold this together by driving improvement and enhancement in a consistent, structured way. It means assessing where we can do better, implementing decisions, and evolving abstract and conceptual ideas. Also, you drive and improve the overall awareness and understanding of our Franchise Offer throughout the organization.

A few more details for you
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) located in Delft, Netherlands. You will report to the Franchise Offer and Portfolio Manager. 31st May 2021 is the closing date to apply for this role.
