IKEA Category Area Transport is responsible to procure, develop and operate all transport capacities in the IKEA supply chain.  As Service Provider Operations Developer, you will be responsible to secure, manage and improve Service Provider's operational performance in all aspects, while ensuring business is done in a sustainable way

Together with supply chain stakeholders, you will build professional and long-term relationships with service providers by challenging and negotiating for optimal usage of agreed/available transport capacity vs. planned/needed capacity. You will work to increase the competitiveness on an everyday base by optimising costs within the value chain.

You will identify the relevant actions of optimal share of spot bookings. Moreover, secure compliance in IKEA way of working (IWAY) and quality of equipment, safety and security are also within your scope.
