IKEA Delft store is currently looking for a colleague with an expertise on the following HR topics: Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) and labor law.

About the role
As an HR advisor at IKEA Delft store you are part of the HR team.

In addition to your focus area you will support managers and co-workers on all kinds of HR topics.

In this position you will be the contact person from IKEA Delft for CLA related workgroups.
There is a lot of flexibility and independency in this role and the option to pick up diverse HR projects and tasks. There is also room for initiatives and development.

About you:
As an HR Advisor you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in a large organization. In addition you:

  • Have in-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law and how to apply this into practice
  • Are organized structured and able to deliver within deadlines
  • Value integrity, confidentiality and create trustful relationships with all peers and managers 
  • Have good communication skills, both in English & Dutch
  • Enjoy picking up new challenges and are able to go in - depth as well as keeping the overview and setting priorities
  • Enjoy taking up diverse tasks and have no problem to join our colleagues on the floor/in the store during peak moments
  • Preferably have experience in retail

Availability
At IKEA the customer is always our main focus. Our customers visit the store at various times, also in the evening, weekends, during national and school holidays.

For HR, the working hours are mainly from Monday to Friday during the day, but the HR department is also open on Saturdays. We cover the Saturday shift by rotation.

We expect that you will be present to meet our co-workers in their everyday life at work.
For this reason, the HR team is required to work every day in the store.

How does the recruitment process look like?
An integrity check via the warning register of Fraud Approach Retail Foundation is part of the application procedure.

The total process consists of two interviews and an assessment. Interviews will take place in week 21 via Microsoft Teams.
