Division Boards is one or four divisions and is responsible for production of innovative and sustainable wood-based boards and panels. The product range includes standard particl boards, thin HDF, lightweight as well as surface covered boards.

Job Description

 

  • Responsible for board production according to planed quantities.
  • Manages production employees on the assigned shift ( not more than 17).
  • Oversees the daily workflow and assignments, follow ups performance.
  • Encourages and maintains positive working atmosphere.
  • Develops shift’s co-workers.
  • Participates in local and global projects.
  • Ensures that co-workers comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Further or higher  education. 
  • At least 2 years successful production leadership experience (advantage furniture or wood).
  • Thorough understanding of production processes.
  • LEAN experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Organizational skills, ability to learn and  accept innovation,
  • Focus on qualitative result.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
