You have experience in business planning and project / program management in supply chain from an end to end perspective.

We expect you to have a very good knowledge of IT and digital organizations, strategies and working methods, in particular project and program management with the relevant experience and track record. You have had hands on experience in managing Franchisor and/or global Application programs in supply chain environments. Ideally you also have had exposure in building and managing the application portfolios, complex / senior business partnership and IT service offering.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading, developing and successfully enabling the tactical and operational development portfolio for processes and digital solutions in IKEA Supply. You will lead and develop the IKEA Supply Development Support team, which is part of the Supply Data & Technology department. You will secure alignment and close cooperation with all Development Support Managers across Supply and Inter IKEA group. You will set and deliver agreed business goals to secure a high performing organization. In the assignment you are responsible for high and stable performance and continuous improvements in Supply Data & Technology in close cooperation with suppliers and stakeholders, including supporting implementation. You are passionate about the digital transformation and see process and solution development as a key to make life easier for the many people and make a clear footprint in line with the IKEA direction. 
More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for: 
•    Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer.
•    Accountable & Responsible for planning and supporting for Data & Technology in IKEA Supply.
•    Define the planning framework for IKEA Supply and ensure this is aligned with IKEA stakeholders. Ensure that the business value is well understood and used in the decision-making process.
•    Responsible for up-to-date data & technology artefacts for IKEA Supply.
•    Lead the Development Support team for IKEA Supply Data & Technology by securing competent and high performing teams and leaders. To inspire and empower co-workers and leaders to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments. 
•    Evolve the Planning discipline and competences, especially around value adding services like project management, portfolio management, learning, process / methods / tools, intelligent automation and creative ways of supporting the digital transformation.
•    Shared Responsibility for the Inter IKEA Delivery framework / operating model.
•    Shared Responsibility for creating and developing the Planning network of expertise.

In this role you will report to our Digital Manager at IKEA Supply and work closely with the Planning Manager at Inter IKEA Group to lead towards uniformity and commonality, contributing to the Inter IKEA planning framework and delivering on the needs of IKEA Supply.
