Imaging a role at IoS, where you work with requirements for product information, as compliance and legal aspects, for the entire range of products and beyond.

We are looking for a Product Requirement Specialist with focus on the requirements of product information, and to support in the development and verification process. The product information is intended to meet the customer, based upon market requirements (e.g. laws and standards) on all markets and in all media (e.g. in/on package, store, print and digital). Your main tasks is to identify, develop and document correct and clear requirements for our legal product information. Internally you´ll work in close collaboration with different teams for product development and product engineering. By building a network of stakeholders in external alliances and standardisation organisations, you will keep yourself updated on relevant new and existing legislation, regulations and standards.

Qualifications

You have good knowledge and experience from working with identification of legal requirements and standards applicable to product information. You have an education from University or similar level, which is providing you with solid knowledge within this area of competence in a good way. You are well versed of the ways in which legislation and standards for product information are being developed and maintained in different standardisation organisations. You have an interest in improving ways of working and as the true networker you are and you know how to take lead in contacts with internal and external stakeholders. Your skills in English are very good, both in verbal and in written communication.

Furthermore you:

  • Are able to interpret complex subjects and identify needed actions, while translating these complex issues to something that is easy to comprehend
  • Know how to show the way forward for development of requirements for product information and how to secure that they are documented and communicated in a clear and simple way
  • Are interested in to give support to the organization with competence development activities and implementation of product requirements
