Job Description
- Lead and manage the work with the different topologies that the integration platform is provisioned to. The topologies are currently:
- On-Prem
- Amazon Web Services
- Azure
- Be responsible for the architecture and design of the infrastructure platforms
- Provide expert knowledge within provisioning of infrastructure
- Provide expert knowledge of automation within provisioning
- Provide expert knowledge regarding monitoring of core infrastructure
- Work with various technical Streams to perform impact analysis on key initiatives and to finalize functional and non-functional requirements
· Involved in capacity planning and performance management of all running environments
- Technical Liaison between Infrastructure platform and related on-boarding projects
- Provide technical assistance and mentoring to teams
- Provide insight into how a technical baseline is operated, from an operational perspective (Itil3)
- Be responsible for input to the Life Cycle Management Tactical plan that stretches over 18 month
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to:
- Have solid experience and a strong belief in the IKEA leadership approach
- Have a deep knowledge in technical products in general and how the connect
- Good experience with cloud technologies preferably Azure, AWS
- Familiar with API Management and API gateway policies
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflow
- Have working experience with some of the following technologies:
- Linux
- Kubernetes
- Ansible Tower
- Ansible Scripting
- Database experience of some sort, preferably Oracle RDBMS or Mongo
- Middleware products (Oracle Weblogic Server)
- Navigate within the domain of Enterprise Networking
- Have a heartfelt understanding of the importance of code standards within an Enterprise such as IKEA
- Have a deep understanding of various design and architectural patterns
- Having a proven experience from earlier work within the product and infrastructure domain
- Have knowledge about integration and system development
- Be fascinated by technology and what it can do for IKEA
- Be curious, eager to find better ways and committed to remove manual work whenever possible
