Inter Testing & Consulting Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, ITCS, is the first IKEA owned test lab outside Sweden. Its combined with a training centre  for our suppliers as well as our own co-workers. Here we can explain why we test, how we perform different tests and why a test report is of highest importance.

• Create materials and execute communication activities: write and package messages into relevant, simple and inspiring communication material.
• Manage and support in projects for example, production of communication materials and films, employee activities and events.
• Identify communication needs, as well as defining target groups, communication channels, tools and working methods.
• Lead, execute and follow up communication assignments and projects to support the development of the business.
• Explore new communication possibilities, trying out new ways of working.
• Secure IKEA tone of voice in all parts of internal communication.

• Relevant education or relevant experience from working with operational communication
• Knowledge and understanding of working with business and communication planning and execution, and an understanding of how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda
• Hands-on, structured, service-minded team player with ability to follow through and work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience from using PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools, applications and channels.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; down to earth and simple tone of voice.
