The task of IKEA Components within IKEA is to develop and supply IKEA with customer friendly component solutions for better products – and better homes. Our task is to take the responsibility for selected components and raw-material, which means develop, purchase and supply to IKEA suppliers. IKEA Components have also the assignment to provide After Sales service of components to the end customers. Our business is global and employs 1500 people based mainly in Sweden, Slovakia and China.

Job Description

·       Secure the operative flow of the yearly and monthly closing of the book process

·       Secure monthly, bi-monthly and yearly operational and legal reporting

·       Provide financial analysis and reports for various stakeholders in the organisation

·       Responsible for accurate and timely monthly cost reporting and analysis for IKEA Components

·       Create different follow-up and statistics

Qualifications

A      KNOWLEDGE

·      Ability to work in a structured and organised way

·      Capability to communicate in a clear way and build relationships

·      Ability to ensure conformity with routines, compliance and legal requirements

·      Knowledge of Inter IKEA Finance Manual

·      Good financial knowledge (University degree in Economics or corresponding knowledge)

·      Understanding of country-specific financial legislations

·      Deep knowledge of controlling and reporting

·      Knowledge of business information tools, such as Cognos Controller, Excel, TM1

Fluent in English

·        Previous experience of controlling, accounting and reporting (or equivalent)

·        Experience of establishing and following up cost frame

·        Good knowledge in accounting, VAT and commercial law

·        Good communication skills

This position reports to the Finance & Business Navigation Manager in China and will be important team member in our finance team in Älmhult.
