About the role
We are now looking for a Process Leader for the Business Steering team. The Business Steering function at Inter IKEA Systems is founded in a strong IKEA Culture, with unique values, and has a long-term view on doing good business, helping us to create trustworthy and sustainable relationships with all stakeholders.

A small team of dedicated professionals that enable the organisation to move from vision to action, by leading the BPL/APL process for Franchise and ensuring the connection with the One IKEA BPL that provides business performance management and follow up, including making business insights available to the IKEA franchise system. This team is also responsible for portfolio management and franchise offer management.

The Process Leader is accountable for designing, documenting and measuring the business processes to deliver on agreed results. In this position we also expect that the process development towards the company goals and directions are according to the set governance structure.

One important focus at the moment is to further improve and develop (new) processes to enable flexibility and responsive ways of working, focusing on optimizing the value for the entire organization.

This role contains mainly the following areas of work:

  • Continuous improvement agenda for the individual processes;
  • Involvement that new or changed processes are integrated to the continuously operating process;
  • Prioritizing of development activities in order to reach best company total output;
  • Consistency and interdependencies in the process development towards connected processes;
  • Follow up of process and improvement of the output from introduced approaches, systems, KPI’s and methods.
  • Implementation and establishment of the process, process orientation and methods including identifying competence development needs.

About you
In this role you enable change and lead directly and indirectly the processes developments.

You contribute to work closely together with peers across the totality of Core Business Franchise and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer.

This is a full time role (32-40 hours per week) located in Delft, the Netherlands. You will report to the Elena Alemanno, Business Steering Manager.
