IKEA Supply AG (ISAG) is the main wholesale company within the Inter IKEA group. We are the owner of the goods in the distribution centers worldwide and are the buyer of goods delivered from suppliers globally and the main seller of goods to IKEA retail companies.
As S&OP Analyst you enable IKEA’s growth by connecting and integrating sales & supply planning both holistically and vertically across IKEA’s value chain via S&OP execution. You have the opportunity to work with the end to end supply chain across various organizations and you will contribute to secure target service level at lowest possible supply chain cost.

About the job
In this role you focus on to secure the newly established S&OP process together with your stakeholders. Your responsibility includes delivering required analysis and reporting as well as supporting effective decision-making process. Main deliverables are the demand/supply/operations review, and the summarizing S&OP meeting on a monthly frequency. You have the responsibility to ensure one aligned and agreed plan within the time horizon covered by S&OP.

You will:
• Help facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle to ensure alignment across functions and senior management to drive business decisions
• Ensure accountable and appropriate inputs from all sources (Demand Planning, Sales, Financial Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning & Sourcing etc.) into each step of S&OP cycle
• Consolidate and analyze demand and supply information for S&OP decision base
• Own the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, etc. to drive key sales and operations planning decisions and process improvements
• Create, monitor, and maintain S&OP metrics and key performance indicators, identifying resulting risks and opportunities to help drive business decisions
• Become a key contributor for development initiatives which drives better planning process and quality across supply chain
• Proactively highlight improvement potentials together with S&OP Network (Sales, HFBs, Demand, Need planning, Finance, Categories, Supply chain operations, Retail planning etc.) in regards to better sales and operations planning process and supply chain collaborations

• Possess a good level of knowledge in Supply Chain
• Possess a good level of knowledge in Business Navigation and QV
• Proven analytical skills and execution power, ability to understand different complex scenarios, and act proactively
• Good relating and communicating skills: ability to work in cross functional and organizational teams, create mutual trust and understanding, influence, share knowledge
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to see the relation between details and the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly
