Agile Coach| IKEA Franchise

  • Full-time

Job Description

At IKEA, we aim to make healthy and sustainable choices affordable and accessible for all. To make that happen, we need people with imagination. People who know that everyone has a right to feel at home. People who share our vision of a better everyday life. Together we’ll innovate the future of life at home through data, technology, retail and home furnishing know-how. We need future architects, down-to-earth data scientists, unboxed engineers, cyber guardians, common sense makers and more! Are you one of them?

About you

We are looking for an experienced Agile coach who navigates through complexity and obstacles and excels in constantly changing environments. You are excited about the value agility brings to organisations and you want to take part in shaping the future of IKEA.

As a person you are approachable, patient and humble – always ready to learn something new. You are appreciated for your active listening skills and your capability to build engaging and trustful relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and business partners. You create impact and inspiration regardless of formal reporting lines. You act on opportunities for continuous improvement and you make decisions based on the situation and good judgement.

You know how to add value as an agile coach and you have previous experience working as an agile coach or as a scrum master for multiple teams for the last couple of years. You bring both theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience of different agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban incl. scaled agile. You have worked previously in a transforming digital environment and supported and launched new teams. You are appreciated for being a great facilitator and you know when to use the different stances of an agile coach (teacher, mentor, coach, facilitator). In your work you are comfortable in using agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar. You bring an understanding of software development in a retail environment and get motivated by the possibilities that digital and technology brings to retail.

The IKEA culture and values are very much part of you and your day to day work life. If you are looking to learn more about what that means, look here.
