About the HR Digitalisation

The HR Digitalisation encompasses several initiatives to strengthen People and Culture processes and tools within Inter IKEA Group, and to build capabilities for us to work more closely together. These capabilities are the foundation for efficient People and Culture processes, supported by high quality and real time data for faster and better decision making. To enable value adding and collaborative ways of working and improve the employment journey.

We are now looking for a Functional and Solution Specialist supporting our Digital People and Culture transformation within Range and Supply.

You will work closely with solution team members but also other colleagues working with People and Culture co-worker experience based globally. You will report to the Digital People and Culture manager.

This is a permanent position as Business Analyst while working as functional and solution specialists for Workday.  

Your assignment is to become an expert in Workday design, integrations and usage within organisation. You will create business value through digital technology in the solution. To enable our People and Culture community to increase efficiency and enhance co-worker self-service to better support productivity, security, and compliance.

Some of the responsibilities during and after implementation period of new capabilities in Workday will include:

• Identify improvements within people and culture processes, document stakeholder needs and business requirements.
• Identify solution alternatives and support the evaluation of solution alternatives with identified business requirements.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure compliance to the requirements.
• Analyse new functionality and design in digital solutions
• Take corrective actions where needed to ensure relevance and accuracy of solution.
• Work closely together with People and Culture process and country representatives to optimize People and Culture assignment with a strong and relevant business solutions.

You are curious in nature and capable of identifying new opportunities and solutions to respond to business needs. You are excited by the possibilities that digital solutions brings to improve business performance and co-worker experience.

You have the ability to find and concretize insights, actions and solutions from the existing challenges.

For this role we believe you have good analytical, technical and communication skills, presenting result and solutions in an understandable, concise and inspirational way.

It would be a great advantage if you have experience working with Workday.

You will be located in Älmhult (Sweden).
