To enable our transformation we are now looking for Digital Product Specialists to join the product organization and support our digital transformation team.

Job Description

As Digital Product Specialist you will support product owners in making tactical decisions by measuring, analysing and reporting on the performance of digital products. You will also serve as expert, within the product area, to the product team members and other co-workers, providing insights, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required. There will be several positions as Digital Product Specialists available, focusing on areas such as digital Content Management, Content Ordering & Creation, Content Strategy & Plan and Retail Interactions.

Your assignment will include:

  • Measure, analyse and report on the performance of the Digital Products against KPIs, Objectives & Key Results
  • Responsible for all product related analysis, utilizing both user and product data
  • Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
  • Supporting the Product Owner in writing user stories
  • To develop extensive knowledge of the stakeholders’ and users’ needs to interpret and share that knowledge with the product team, providing context, as needed to ensure what they develop and deliver what is expected
  • Work with users & stakeholders to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed
  • Work cross-functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products
  • Drive cross-team and cross Product Area epics required to meet the Digital products goals.

Qualifications

You are passionate about delivering value and being at the leading edge of technology and digital innovation. You appreciate the mix of strategic thinking and turning software engineering trends into practice. Your motivation comes from continuous learning and find energy by working both independently and interdependently and cross functions. You are motivated to work agile and being open to the change.

You have experience within the following areas:

  • Previous experience within product development, preferable in the Martech field
  • Extensive knowledge within one of the fields of digital communication technology such as Content Management, API creation, cloud services, marketing automation, Content planning, CRM and e-commerce
  • Knowledge of the technology landscape within Marketing Technology that is relevant to their product area
  • Experience with agile development practices, particularly owning and running specific agile events such as backlog refinement and sprint reviews
  • Experience in developing/writing user stories
  • Bring a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs
