Job Description

As a Business Navigator, you should contribute with core competence and be an active partner in steering the organization in a strategic, tactical and operational way. You lead performance management in all performance areas in all dimensions and project portfolio management from business planning to execution in order to ensure goal achievement.

You are an active business partner to teams and decision makers and lead with fact based insights and active risk management. You facilitate business development and innovation by actively exploring risks and opportunities based on facts and figures. The Business Navigator reports to the Category Area Business Navigation Manager in Älmhult. 

Qualifications

You lead and develop business performance management; contribute to the goal setting and lead the translation of business plans into goals and steer towards a balanced totality, secure relevant performance reporting, follow-up and lead fact based decision making. Interpret the Category results and progress in relation to goals and agreed plans and identify potentials for business improvement, new opportunities and business risks.

You are responsible for sharing reliable navigation information, relevant conclusions, business insights and recommendations with key stakeholders in order to take proactive and/or corrective actions and decisions (both year cycle based and ad hoc). You will be an active partner in action planning by providing market, consumer and business insights, identifying opportunities and risks and by supporting with scenario planning, modelling, risk assessment and contingency planning.

Facilitate a strong performance culture where deviations are detected early and acted upon and insights from business performance reach the right receivers at the right time. You initiate and participate in the development of tools, working methods, processes, analysis to support all functions in the Category Area and Matrix. Acts as an ambassador for a performance culture, works to enhance business understanding in the unit and share best practise.

•    You are business minded and with high problem solving ability and strong drive
•    You have proven record of performance over time – implementing action plans, providing clear direction and following up progress and act on deviations
•    You are strong in handling multiple stakeholders across different business units
•    You have excellent communication skills and you are able to explain complex information in a simple way
•    You feel comfortable with presenting in front of a large audience
•    You have ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
