Inter IKEA Range & Supply, R&S, is a core business within Inter IKEA Group, responsible for developing and supplying the global IKEA range. IKEA of Sweden AB, or IoS, is one of two core units within Range & Supply, and is responsible for developing and determining the IKEA range and making it available to stores and customers all over the world. IoS is based in Älmhult – the heart of IKEA and the centre of IKEA range development and supply chain.

Marketing & Communication focuses on strategic development of the IKEA product and range marketing and communication, brand building communication as well as communication to the many people inside and outside of IKEA.

Job Description

We will strengthen our team in Älmhult with a Learning Lead, who will work with all digital solutions for Marketing & Communication.

Are you experienced in designing and developing learning solutions for digital tools? Do you want to work in an area that collaborate with all IKEA retailers around the globe? Would you like to be responsible to secure an aligned and professional learning and communication approach for the area?

As a Learning Lead you will:

  • Be responsible to analyse, create, develop, deliver and evaluate learning and communication solutions for new and running processes and digital tools to ensure end-users can fulfil their tasks successfully.
  • Through agile ways of working with learning and in accordance to Learning in the Business, to secure that the end-users know how to perform their daily tasks.
  • Work together with relevant stakeholders to analyse and continuously develop communication and learning. 
  • Support solution owners in the assignment to maintain the super-user network.
  • Support IKEA expansion with communication and training in the solutions we offer.
  • Lead learning solution development work and creation in agreed time and cost meeting the business needs

Qualifications

Are you experienced in analysing learning needs and design pedagogic learning material? Are you skilled in tailoring complex information for a target group in order for them to understand your message? 

And, do you have the growth mind-set and passion to stay updated on trends relevant for the learning area, care for the end-user and strive to improve their day-to-day experience using the tools that are both available and being developed? If so, come and join us on an exciting journey!

For being successful in this role you have to have:

  • Experience of using methodologies to support the end-user perspective.
  • Ability to work with end-to-end learning analysis, design, development, delivery and effect evaluation. Knowledge in learning creation tools such as Captivate.
  • Understanding of user experience and information hierarchy.
  • Good understanding of IKEA retail, communication and IKEA business processes.
  • Good understanding of IT and digital development.
  • Ability to build trustful relationships and cooperate with people in different units and cultures. 
  • Analytical and structured. 
  • Experience in publishing on web-sites.
  • Excellent in English, written and spoken.
