We are right now looking for a student to come and write their Master thesis at IKEA Range & Supply from January to June 2021.

The aim of this assignment is to research and gather relevant quantitative and qualitative facts, information and messages from different sources and target groups connected to equality, diversity and inclusion.
You will look at external trends, benchmarks and research studies, observe and interview individuals and teams to gather internal data, consult IKEA strategies, internal surveys and other indexes related to the topic. Providing input to a plan of action for integrating and working actively with the EDI agenda. 

You are a curious, people-oriented, collaborative and self-lead person. You have interest and passion for some of these topics: organisational development, human behavior, social psychology, neuroscience, human rights and equality.

Experience researching complex topics and communicating that research in a simple yet professional way. We would like you to write the thesis during spring term 2020 with presentation of the result at a date agreed together. 

We offer you 20 weeks in the Leadership & Competence Development team at IKEA of Sweden where you have the opportunity to make an impact on how we are going to work with the equality agenda going forward.
We offer flexibility in location and working hours, working part-time or full-time (with deliverable timelines adjusted accordingly).
During your thesis you will have a dedicated mentor.
