About the role

We are searching for a Culture & Learning Designer with deep experience to strengthen our team. In this role you will be designing culture and learning solutions based on customer and business needs. In this role you will be reporting to the Culture & Learning Design Manager at IKEA Culture & Learning. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of learning needs and target groups and define learning objectives for each learning solution.
  • Design learning solutions according to IKEA’s Learning Design Principles, Learning in the Business, and IKEA’s culture and values.
  • Develop the digital direction for our learning offer
  • Contribute to our understanding of human behaviour and learning
  • Brief internal and external suppliers regarding all aspects of the pedagogical approach and secure seamless learning experience for users. 


About you

Do you:

  • Have at least five years of experience designing learning solutions?
  • Hold a master’s degree in human sciences such as a master’s degree in behavioural economy, adult education, behavioural and organisational psychology, anthropology, sociology, or ergonomics?
  • Have a proven track record of digital innovation?

  • Have experience with creating solutions for very diverse target groups, both in terms of their size and in the content they are learning about?

  • Know how to combine creativity and cost-consciousness?
