Inter IKEA Group have started the digital transformation. This is a journey which require that a new technology foundation is established for Core Business Range & Supply. Now we start the work to set up the technical services needed to support an IT landscape that will be developed and operated in a hybrid cloud model. The technical services we deliver will enable the IT landscape to transform and take leverage on cloud computing services. We will contribute to IKEA direction by making it possible for 'XaaS' to translate into services that are affordable, accessible and sustainable.

The data distribution services delivery will be part of the IKEA Product Information Management programme (IPIM) in IKEA of Sweden. We will develop a new global service for data exchange between the different IKEA franchisor and franchisee IT landscapes, enabling a structured exchange of data across the whole IKEA value chain.

Job Description

Lead and manage establishment of key account management of the data distribution services at Range & Supply, representing the service, towards all IKEA franchisees.

As project leader/key account manager, you will be overall responsible for establishing the key account management:

  • Lead planning, execution and follow up of deliveries of large and complex data distribution deliveries as part of major projects and initiatives across IT landscapes and across multiple development teams.
  • Define the requirements for a data distribution contracts to be used between different IT landscapes (e.g. between franchisor and each franchisee)
  • Establish operational ways of working with data distribution between franchisor and franchisees, e.g. capture and prioritising new needs for data distribution between IT landscapes, forecasting, and maintenance.
  • Prepare decision material for a common governance body between companies on CIO level
  • Ensure security aspect and trust levels of distributed information of the data distribution services in the contracts, in order to protect and secure the IKEA brand

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you need to:

  • Have solid leadership experience and a strong belief in the IKEA leadership approach
  • Have excellent knowledge and experience in key aspects of IT software development, including data integration
  • Have solid knowledge and experience in IT service management
  • Have solid knowledge of project leadership and key account management for IT services, with experience of inter-company relations and negotiations.
  • Have knowledge in cloud computing services and micro service architecture
  • Have a genuine interest in people and a strong ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Be able to perform on a strategic, tactical and operational level
  • Be curious, eager to find better ways and committed to remove manual work whenever possible

This position will have it's employment in Älmhult, Sweden. But with a possibility to also work from the Helsingborg office. Since you will be working with several different projects across IKEA you will need to work from where the project might be situated, this could be Älmhult, Helsingborg or Malmö
