Company Description
Customs Operation Support Centre (COSC) Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) in Älmhult, Sweden consist of 34 co-workers. Our assignment is to secure a well-functioning import and/or export process for more than 30 countries in the region. We give daily support and coordination in customs related topics within legal matters, goods flow and IT-knowledge to secure availability, affordability and ensure compliance.
Job Description
As a Customs Support, you will secure efficient and effective handling of incoming documents and certificates. That involves control and register, scan and archive the documents and certificates. You will also administrate claim handlings related to missing certificates. Within this assignment, you will be in contact with different IKEA Units and authorities.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who wants to be a holiday employee with us during the summer. This summer job stretches over most of the summer but we hope that if necessary you want to work extra with us alongside your studies.

We believe that you have/are:
- Experience/Started your education within the field of customs, logistics or supply chain
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, eg Excel
- Fluent English both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge in Swedish
- Work Permit in Sweden
Additional Information
Please noted this position is based in Älmhult, Sweden (No Relocation Support for this position). Within Custums we work Monday-Friday and have working hours between 7-16 and we expect that you can work the whole summer period.
