Job Description

“The product range - our identity” and Range & Product engineering is one of the most important capability to ensure that our product range offer lives up to the IKEA vision.
As a Product Requirements & Compliance Specialist you will be participating in the development of an efficient requirement framework with clear structures, principles and guidelines. You will actively take part in forward oriented initiative such as IPIM, with a responsibility to actively support the Requirement development process by hands on structural guiding when developing and deploying new requirements. The development of a relevant learning offer connected to requirements is also in this context a very important part of the assignment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Develop Capabilities, working methods, principles (guides) of how to develop and maintain requirements
•    Contribute to developing the learning offer connected to Requirements 
•    Contribute in initiatives within RPD that are connected to Requirements
•    Active support to PRIO groups in development of new or changed requirements
•    Handling exception requests from the business
•    Deliver assigned activities within overall Requirement Engineering Action plan

Qualifications

We believe that you have a University Degree in Engineering or equivalent. You have thorough knowledge and proven experience of Product Development and product lifecycle management (PLM). You should have a very good understanding about IKEA Requirements and the full IKEA value chain. 
You are always guided by the IKEA key values you have the ability to communicate and creating strong and trustful relationships in collaborative processes. You are analytical, fact based and structured with an ability to detect patterns in an easy way.
