Job Description

The assignment as Solution owner

As a Solution owner in the IPEX team you will take the lead and responsibility for one or several planning experiences and the connected solutions. You will work closely together with the team and stakeholders to define, prioritize and realize the short, mid and long-term solution roadmap to secure the best experience for customers and co-workers.

You are also responsible for the release management, life cycle management and the operation of the solution(s). Your work includes maintaining and improving working methods, guidelines and tools in line with the IPEX ways of working and to identify and share best practices as well as secure content for needed training and communication.

 To be successful in this role

To succeed in this role you need to have strong interest in home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home, experience from and a good understanding of customer and co-worker needs in the buying and selling process. You are interested in current and future digital technology trends and how they can contribute to solve business and customer/ co-worker needs. You are a visionary person with a high drive and passion to be a part of creation the future – seeing and realizing the big picture as well as the details.

You are a senior with strong leadership skills and business mindset. You bring experience from working with agile/ devops digital solutions development, ideally as a Product owner. You have a great interest and proven track record in creating great experiences for users and understanding how new technologies can improve customer and co-worker experiences.

You are able to achieve long-term sustainable business results together with realizing short term opportunities. You collaborate and communicate with your stakeholders to build trust and partnership in order to reach our common goals.

You enjoy an agile and iterative, yet structured way of working and achieving results together with a team in a flexible environment, but also have a strong individual drive to deliver high quality results on time. You have great communication and networking skills and are fluent in written and spoken English.

Travelling based on project needs will be necessary.

The position is located in Malmö. It is a full time position (40h/week). Travel will be required.
