In IKEA we work together across the value chain to be affordable and accessible for many more of the many people with our fantastic product range. At IKEA of Sweden we are responsible to develop and supply the IKEA product range offer.  This is done in the different Home Furnishing Businesses where the Sales team is responsible to secure the preconditions for the IKEA retailers to create a great meeting with the customers. The Sales Collaboration Manager role sits in the Sales matrix, where we work with different assignments supporting the home furnishing businesses with efficient and effective ways of working, aiming to ensure that the customers successfully meet the IKEA range offer in all of our touchpoints all over the world.

In the Sales Collaboration team we lead four areas of expertise; planning sales, range allocation, sales activation and pricing.  World class sales collaboration processes contribute to secure that the products customers want to have, are available for them to buy at an affordable price.

Job Description

As the Sales Collaboration Manager you work in close collaboration with stakeholders from across the IKEA network to secure the collaboration between the Home Furnishing businesses and IKEA retail markets. In this role you will be accountable to lead, coach and develop the co-workers in the Sales Collaboration function and to secure that the development of common principles, framework, tools and ways of working related to the above subject areas are efficient and effective.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Accountability for the KPIs connected to the ways of working, securing efficiency and effectiveness in the sales collaboration processes.
• Being and active partner in facilitating development of sales collaboration together with relevant stakeholders in the IKEA value chain
• Contribute as member of the Sales management team to the success and development of sales
• Accountability for the delivery of the functional action plan, connected KPI:s and follow up
• Lead the sales collaboration agenda through the Sales Managers in the different home furnishing businesses
• Acting as role model leading by example and promoting the IKEA Values and Culture

About You
You are curious to know more about people's life at home and motivated by creating a great customer experience in all meeting points.
You have excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to nurture enthusiasm, willpower and co-creation growing the IKEA spirit. We expect that you have proven experience from leading sales in a national or global retail environment.
You have good systemic awareness with the ability to see the whole picture, building relationships and interacting with relevant parts in the IKEA network. You have excellent ability to lead through others, embracing thriftiness, simplicity, common sense and, above all, a “get-it-done” attitude. You have excellent ability to lead in the unknown, in a fast-changing environment being open to doing things differently. You have the ability to combine working on a strategic level with acting on an operation/tactical level. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire others and express yourself clearly.
You have good knowledge and experience of working with sales collaboration processes - planning sales, range allocation, sales activation and pricing. If you have knowledge in IKEA it is highly beneficial.

In this role you will report to the Sales Manager in Sales, IKEA of Sweden and be a part of the Sales management team.
