Would you like to be responsible for ensuring our projects run as planned and become a vital part in developing new products for our customers? 
Right now we are looking for a Project Controller to join us at Business Area Kitchen, Bathroom and Home Appliances, IKEA of Sweden.

As Project Controller you lead project progression within the IKEA product development process to ensure that the team delivers to project ambitions and the time plan throughout the project. You lead project planning, tracking and follow‐up and secure that the team delivers to the project brief and in compliance with the product development process. You will be part of one of our project teams working with a specific part of our global product range.

Your main responsibilities as Project Controller are:
•    Project management including project planning, tracking and follow up, according to project goal, time plan and KPI’s.
•    Proactively lead the development process, secure process compliance and continues process improvement.
•    Administration of the range in the internal product information system.
•    Project administration within project management tool.
•    Capture and document project learnings and secure utilization in future projects.

We are looking for a goal-oriented team player with the communicative ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and engage people by creating a passion for objectives, plans and processes. You have a passion for details and excellence in operations. You have the ability to analyse, draw conclusions and to understand how decisions and processes impact the totality.

In the role of Project Controller we expect you to have:
•    Experience from leading or coordinating projects
•    Project management and leadership skills
•    Relevant academic degree, or relevant work experience
•    Be fluent in English, both verbally and written
